Orin Swift Wine Dinner

Based in the heart of Napa Valley in St. Helena, California, Orin Swift Cellars was founded in 1998 by a then 24-year- old Dave Phinney. Now Orin Swift Cellars manages five different winery brands, five different locations, an active wine club and is consistently recognized with some of the industry's most coveted awards.

Seared Scallops   

Carrot purée, fried shallot, chili oil. 

Sauvignon Blanc  | New Zealand 

Crisp and aromatic with notes of luscious grapefruit, gooseberries, freshly cut grass, and ripe tropical fruit.   

Four Cheese Risotto 

Parmigiano Reggiano, mascarpone, gorgonzola, fontina, micro greens.   

Chardonnay, Mannequin | California, 2020 

White gold color with a chartreuse shimmer. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche on the nose.

Filet Mignon   

Duchess potato, 'Abstract' demi-glace.

Red Blend, Abstract | California, 2020 

Dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The nose has notes of ripe black plum, cacao, black pepper, cedar, dried porcini, forest floor musk and sweet oak. 

Dark Chocolate Budino  

Fresh whipped cream

Zinfandel Blend, 8 Years in a Desert | California, 2022  

Dark crimson with a purple rim. Firey nose with notes of ripe blueberry, black plum, wild raspberry, espresso bean, sweet oak and a hint of creme de menthe and cedar.
